Eight is Enough

Look at the little passage above this one. Can you see it? It says "Quote of the week." Now, this may seem like a strange tip, but I find that it is amazing and helps me have higher self-esteem (not to mention greater love for others.)
Another quick tip: purchase a small cheap dry-erase board at your local dollar store or Walmart and write your favorite quotes on it. Use it to remind yourself that everyone is precious in his sight, and "When life gets too hard for you to stand.... KNEEL."
